This is a partial example of a site specific quality control plan. The Language, phrases, structure and procedures have all been authored by me. There is no plagiarism or regurgitation of someone else’s words. This is how I will articulate the means and methods in a site specific QCP for your company, on a trade by trade basis, relevant to the scope of work required, because I know what I am talking and writing about.

This is an actual example of a correspondence  regarding change orders eight months after the fact, I approach each inquiry methodically , with all the relevant back up  and  a thorough understanding of the work that had taken place more than 8 months later.  Because I am organized and  professional.  There is no hearsay or opinion There are only facts regarding the change orders.

Attached is a quantitative survey of a high rise Building. I quantify and price  all trades including the MEPS trades.  

This is an example of how I analyze bids. I am capable of leveling Estimates from all 26 trades including some of the lesser know trades such as  Asphalt paving, Site irrigation, Concrete, Structural steel as well as the usual 12 trades ( MEPS, Finishes, Etc)
