. A new tower connected to a Landmarks Mansion on Fifth Avenue. Double depth Cellar and sub Cellar, Zero Access agreement with the neighboring garage made for an interesting SOE and Foundation design. Large portions of the existing façade had to be shored up and maintained during Construction. Additional Stories and penthouse added to the existing mansion. High end interior finishes and custom millwork throughout the hotel. Empire Management– 125 Million


Boutique Hotel- 12 East 48th Street- New Out of the ground 128 Key High-Rise Hotel. Hidrock Properties. Drilled caissons and mat slab foundation system, monolithically poured Concrete Superstructure with a 3D panel Facade system. A sliver building located on 48th Street Logistically challenging location with a limited access SOE and foundation scope and coordination with owner furnished FF&E.  50 Million

17 West 24th Street- 22 Story Boutique Hotel and Restaurant by Jean Kaufman Architects- a 22 Story sliver Building in Chelsea, that Consisted of underpinning rock excavation, solider piles and lagging, the demolition of an Existing 4 Story Townhome for the erection of a Monolithically poured concrete Building with an "Equitone" Composite panel skin on a rain screen system

National Rent a Car- 5 New Buildings on an existing Site that had to stay functional and operational during construction. A Logistically challenging Project that included the demolition of existing fueling stations and tanks, Car wash buildings, Car rental Buildings and Car servicing stations with New. Entire Site need to be bought to a new Grade, New greywater drainage, Parking systems, Asphalt paving, Asphalt pavement markings, Waiting Canopies, Helical Piles and Footings for new Buildings, Veeder-Root fueling systems and fuel tanks with complex control diagrams and relays built into the safety systems.


SIGMA Whare house expansion and Renovation - New 10,000 square foot addition to the existing warehouse and renovation and branding of the existing office and landscaping/Sitework

GWB Hotel - a proposed 280 Million Dollar 400 Key mixed use hotel and conference center with robotic parking, an Olympic sized swimming Pool, spa and sports complex, three restaurants, twelve elevators and 4 escalators. Monolithically poured concrete superstructure with a precast concrete skin and Curtain walls.- The Alpine Group

Landmarks Renovation


62 Wooster Street- An 8 story Landmarks Building in SOHO that was like building a New Building within the fascia of an existing building. New Underpinning de-watering and Superstructure within the existing Shell. New Structural Steel spanning from the basement to the Roof for an outdoor swimming pool and Penthouse. The highest end luxury Condominiums with statuary bronze finishes and Hand rubbed plank flooring over a multilayered acoustical underlayment.

40 Peck Slip- The NYPD Superior Officers Council- Another project that was like building a building within a Building. Two stories added to a four story Landmark Building, an Elevator Added, Micro piles and footings to support the new steel that spans from the first floor to the penthouse. Full gut demolition and Motion monitoring of adjacent Buildings.

Fashion institute of Technology- Estimator and Project manager for The David Dubinsky Faculty Lounge Renovation. David Smotrich and Partners. Custom perforated metal panel ceiling system with integral lighting that looked like metal ceiling panels when not illuminated. Lutron lighting controls and bms tie-ins. a very high end finished product.
